Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility
- Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged/defective.
- Non‑custom products may be eligible if unused and in original packaging (within 7 days).
Report Damage/Defect
- Report within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Share order ID and contact details at support@urpassport.com.
Resolution
- Approved cases: replacement or refund to original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exclusions
- Minor color variations due to displays or natural material differences.
- Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
- Orders without timely damage report or proof.
