Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged/defective.
  • Non‑custom products may be eligible if unused and in original packaging (within 7 days).

Report Damage/Defect

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video.
  • Share order ID and contact details at support@urpassport.com.

Resolution

  • Approved cases: replacement or refund to original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exclusions

  • Minor color variations due to displays or natural material differences.
  • Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling.
  • Orders without timely damage report or proof.
